[WriteLog] Duplicates

I did not get duplicate messages, but lately there sure have been 
a lot of non-Writelog messages -- May I suggest using a more appropriate 
reflector for general-interest RTTY traffic.

Prospective WL users might get the idea that it's only for RTTY!
