[WriteLog] Packet spots Question

I don't offend use packet but I have a problem question.
My Writelog Packet Terminal works fine. My packet spots window does not
work. NO spots are entering my packet spot window even though there are
plenty of spots on the terminal.
Setup is:
WL ver. 1024G
comport =2 (TU)
comport=1 (Radio)
TU is MFJ 1278T  release 3.3 4.03/90 (OLD)
All Bands selected.
Nothing checked on either box (doesn't matter even if I check
Mults/In-Band).

Is there a special command or .ini statement for packets in the spot
window?
I know it has worked in the past but the spot window is always blank
now.
Like I stated above I run packet very seldom.
