[WriteLog] WL & DVP

WriteLog doesn't support the DVP. If we were going to do so, we
would have done it a couple of years ago when the ISA dinosaurs
roamed the earth. With the rise of the PCI mammals, and the
imminent demise of OS support for application interrupts, the
survival of the fittest dictates WriteLog sharpen its instincts
in other areas.

Sorry, hope this doesn't offend anyone, but the bottom line is
that we don't see DVP support being worth our effort when a
$19 sound card does as well.
