Sorry to bother you, Marty. I realize now that the question is not
appropriate for the WL reflector, anyway. 

I have emailed gw4ska to see if he intended the statement "clearly marked"
to only apply to non-cabrillo entries. This is probably the case. If so, I
will ask him to edit the rules page on their web site.
