[WriteLog] CQ-M contest

All,

Here is my annual plea to include the great CQ-M contest (and the Wisconsin
QSO Party - hey, I was born and raised in Wisconsin...) in the WriteLog
group. I can't program C++ or whatever, but would greatly appreciate the
contest format gurus trying to tackle these two contests. I can help on the
