[WriteLog] Missing WLOGSH32.DLL

Hello,

Got a new computer and transfered files from the old HD to the new.  Now
when I try and start Writelog the alert "A required .DLL file,
WLOGSH32.DLL, was not found."  Where can this .DLL be found?

10.26 again was unzipped, but still no WLOGSH32.DLL.  Tried to run the
setup.exe, but it says it can't find V10.  

Help!
