[WriteLog] Interface

You can build a cable very easily using either of the two circuits
described in the Writelog help under "Advanced Setup", "CW Interfacing". I
built the type using the 2N2222 but I know others who are using the opto
isolator circuit. Both seem to work fine, the opto isolator gives you
better protection for your PC. The cable interfaces with the TS570 by
installing a 1/8 banana plug on the end of the cable and connecting it to
the key jack on the back of the TS570. Just buy a solder pin type LPT
connector and backshell and you can build the circuit inside the backshell.
Works great! I built one for each of my two rigs, and have then connected
to two different LPT ports on the PC. I can the change the port settings
in Writelog to use either rig on CW. If I still have the photo of the
cables I built, I will e-mail them to you.
