It is this way because that is the order the exchange comes in.  SS is
rather unique in that the call field shows up in the middle, but it is where
you will want it when people start blasting the exchange at you.

It does make for a funny tabbing order until you get used to it.  After you
enter the call, just press the space bar and you will be taken to the number
field (the first time).  The second time through the call field the space
bar will take you to the check field.

By the way, you all may want to modify the properties of the CK field so
that it does not auto tab to the next field when full.  To me it is always
better to stay in the mode where the space bar is required to move to the
next field.

  Is there a reason that the CALL SIGN was not placed FIRST in the exchange.
  When doing S&P you have to backtrack. That is you enter the call and then
when he answers with an exchange you have to tab back for NR and P. This
seems wrong to me. Is there a way to change it?

  It would be nice to be able to put the entry window in any sequence that
you want!.

  I know that CTL A puts you at the leftmost field but it seems that should
be the call as it is in most modules?
