[WriteLog] WL Compatibility

Clive,
With changes in the .ini, Writelog can access the upper COM ports easily.
For example:

[Ports]
CommSlot3=5

Will let COM5 show up in slot 3 of the four that WL supports.
Works great, no problem at all.
