[WriteLog] MMTTY Plugin

Operated the WAE contest and noticed that the AFC kept coming back on after
unchecking all the boxes in MMTTY. I haven't operated RTTY very much but
after checking AA5AU and K9JY sites out for info I am missing a couple of
boxes in the TNC setup for the CQ and S&P profiles.

I do not have the profiles box on the right when going into TNC setup. I am
running RTTYRITE 10.28 and Writelog 10.28. I reloaded the MMTTY with the
latest version and still I only have two check boxes in the TNC setup
window. Any ideas what I missed??
