[WriteLog] CW pitch

Hi, John --

In the RttyRite section of INI, set it with:

CW_RECV_FREQ=600

Mine occasionally wanders away from my choice, 850, though not usually as
far away as you describe.  Even so, I find it easier to just shut the
misbehaving window and re-open.
