[WriteLog] obscure but useful feature

I don't normally use the Windows choice Start|Run...  If you type
writelog.ini in the "Open:" window there, it will bring up the ini file in
Notepad.  It will then remember that is what you want for the next time too.
Really easy to get to the ini that way too!  73
