[WriteLog] New User with Problem

Everything seemed to be rolling along well until I tried to bring MMTTY in to play. I installed the plug-in, and am using MMTTY 1.61B. I get the following message(s).

The first message I get is when loading the plug-in....
something about a library file not being available to process MMTTYTNC.DLL

The second message is when I try to bring MMTTY into WriteLog....
"Failed to create custom TNC handler:WriteLog.WIMMTtyTnc.1"
