I'd say your chances of getting Writelog to run are very good.
I only have a 133 MHz Pentium, with 32 MHz of RAM and it runs Writelog
with no problems so far. Been using it for about 6 months.
It works well on CW, with the PC generating morse (sending) - can't =
comment
on CW decode, much prefer to do that myself.
On RTTY I use a KAM tnc for TX and RX, and also the computer soundcard
for and second RX window on RTTY. The Pentium 133 copes very good.
For SSB I have been recording various .wav files in preparation for CQWW =
SSB
at the end of the month and the machine seems to handle this mode too.
My operating system is Windows 98.
Best of luck, I'm sure pretty much all of Writelog's facilities will =
work with any problems
on a 133.
