Oh don't get me wrong , I am not discouraged one bit. It just showed me that after being licensed for 30 years there is still plenty to learn!!! Now if I can just get this darn 746 working in the FSK mode, as the selectivity is much better. Were getting close. There's definitely a little more to it than just pushing the mic button and calling CQ Contest like the SSB contests. Rich
