[WriteLog] Update of CTY files

Chuck,
I found the same problem. I installed writelog on two computers. A lap top
and the station logging computer. The program in both cases installs into
C:\ham\Programs\
The file update instructions clam that the program should be in
C:\Writelog\Programs\
Could this be why the Convert cty to Writelog is not working? Now how do we
correct the problem?
