Another option:

Tardis ( http://www.kaska.demon.co.uk ) has both a server which synchronizes
time with the external Internet and broadcasts NTP (network time) packets over
the local area network, as well as a thin client (K9) which can sync to those
LAN NTP broadcasts.  I have been using it at home for many years.
