[WriteLog] Post Contest Information

All,

I'm noticing a lot of good questions on the reflector about how to do things
after a contest is done, such as generating reports, editing the log, etc.

In a shameless plug for my site, this type of information is covered there
(comments on completeness and clarity always privately welcomed). You can

The subjects covered include: editing your log, submitting your log (i.e.,
how to do Cabrillo from WriteLog), generating reports, exporting the contest
to your logging program, and QSLing from WriteLog.
