[WriteLog] Where can I find latest RTTY master callsign database?

Where can I find the latest RTTY master callsign database for Writelog?  The
one I'm currently using is the one I started with in February 1999 and it's got
many errors, not to mention callsigns that are no longer active.

Has anyone considered taking the DK3VN list and turning it into a master
callsign database?

Please reply DIRECTLY to <jjreisert@alum.mit.edu> and I'll summarize back to
