[WriteLog] Three Zero's

Hello All.

It's the middle of the EA contest and I am stuck here trying to fix a =
problem.  I have given it up and turned to you guys.

Between myself and the computer I cannot inform the contact with his =
number's e.g All I send is 599 000 So I tried this line %R %C 599-%3 -%3 =
BK %E and still it just gives 599-000

Obviously I am doing something wrong in the configuration.  Could =
someone please put me on the right track.

My version of WL is 10.30B.
