[WriteLog] Keyer window with ALT K under XP works just fine

I find that the Alt-K keyer window works just as it should under XP.  Text
is 100%  readable, operation smooth with the RttyRite CW window, all just as
it was under Win 98SE.  Perhaps reported problems are a machine-specific
issue?

[Running WL 10.30 on an AMD K6 400 mHz machine with 256MB RAM, dual boot
XPHE and Win98SE.]
