[WriteLog] new simulator

This version worked fine here. I tested the 'skip dupes' feature, pause, go,
and each of the speeds. This will be very helpful to the beta testers!

The simulator distributed with 10.31 seems to not work for most. There is a
download of just the simulator at:

http://www.writelog.com/downloads.htm#wlsim

This one also has a "Skip Dupes" button on it that makes it easier to
re-start a simulation.
