[WriteLog] New simulator working here

I loaded the new simulator, and it worked just fine in the default install
directory.  Thanks, Wayne!

Writelog in C:\ham\Programs

Now I need to work on cutting down on the "dead time" during S&P...I ran
part of my log from the January CW NAQP through it at 1X speed...what an eye
opener.
