[WriteLog] Yaesu FT-840-rig control-rig type

Thanks to the person who suggested using the FT-890.  When I got my cat 
cable, I was able to get things set up using the FT-890 as the "rig type".  
(Well, after I got win98 straightened out.....)

This post is for the next guy searching the archive, and in thanks to the 
kind person who made the suggestion off thread.
