[WriteLog] 10.34 no buffer problem

Likewise on the buffer problem.
A real nightmare. Please address this.
At least make it an option in the ini file to turn it off.

Ideally the auto exit should move after the %C has been sent, maybe it can
tied in with when the software goes to look for what the %3 is.

This needs fixing ASAP, it's horrible.
