[WriteLog] Modification of PC keying

I was looking for a way to modify the keying characterstics when using the
internal PC generated CW.  It would be nice to at a minimum increase the
space between characters.  It would also be nice to make a "dash" slightly
longer.

Is this now possible?  I looked during the WAE because I was having so many
requests for repeat of my call.

If not now available, it would be nice to put on the want list!
