[WriteLog] Request for additional functionality - CW numeric abbreviations

No problem George and we certainly shouldn't fall out over it. I just =
think that the inability of WL to send CW serial numbers incorporating =
the cut version of 9 & 0 is something that could do with fixing. Like =
you, I have no desire to use any cuts beyond 9, 0 and 1 but it seems to =
me that if others want to deploy them then that should be up to them. =
Personally, I believe the confusion they cause far outweighs any speed =
advantage gained through truncation. Whereas, with N, T and possibly A =
the benefit is tangible because their use is so widely accepted.

Maybe I'm the only Writelog user who thinks this way. As someone =
already pointed out......I'm just a number. Perhaps I'll revert to =
sending all exchanges with my paddle!

Sri Bob. I thought I did pay attention, and I didn't mean to rile you =
up.

I should have been more clear, however. N's, A's and T's are not a =
problem. I just don't like cut Serial Numbers beyond A's, T's and N's. =

Yes, I understand the issue of providing the functionality in WL vs. =
liking-disliking cut nrs.
