Try this Brad
System, Hardware, Device Manager, View, Hidden Devices,
I think it will show your old Lava setting. You can remove them from here.
Then reinstall.
You may be able to uninstall the old settings by selecting Ports and
removing the offending listing.
I STRONGLY suggest you create a Restore Point prior to attempting this fix.
If you make a mistake you will be able to return to a working situation.
