[WriteLog] DIsplay of prior contest data

At a hamfest of local contesters yesterday, one of those
never-to-be-resolved Writelog vs CT discussions broke out.  I was surprised
to hear CT has something quit useful (perhaps to the point of unethical?),
that as far as I know, WriteLog does not.  Apparently one can load up a
text file of last year's contest, for example sweepstakes, and in CT when
you type in the a station call the rest of the exchange from the text file
will come up.  Writelog does this in a given contest, but only after 1 QSO
has occurred with the station, which is no help in Sweepstakes where you
only work folks once.

Is there a way to make Writelog perform this 'aide?'
