Radieon Dual port video card with TV output for sale.
Good Price.
And the note says it comes in both AGP and PCI versions available.

This critter will allow a single computer to power 2 monitors and you can
space Writelog windows across both monitors or move the different windows to
other monitors.
Win98 is required for dual monitor support.
I 'believe' it is compatible with that 20" LCD display your wives/husbands
told Santa to bring you for Xmas.
