[WriteLog] Call classification error

I noticed that:

VY2MGY/3 results in an unknown mult yet
VE2MGY/3 is OK as is
VY2MGY without the portable.

Is this an error in the CTY.DAT file?

I had to enter as: VY2MGY/VE3 to get it to classify correctly.
