[WriteLog] WL and packet spot trouble

I'm still having trouble spotting stations via telnet connect to DXSpider 
nodes. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. For example, in the 
10m contest, one computer spots work and the other one doesn't work 
(non-networked, one running XP, the other 98)

I noticed that Witelof Packet Terminal is version 10.31C. This is with 
the main program being 10.37B. Is this what it should be, or did 
something not update correctly?
