[WriteLog] Potientially Big Problems for Sweepstakes With the Cabrillo File.

A fair question. I don't know what the "old way", or "present form" means,
but I do think it would be nice if WL used the ARRL list of abbreviations
that Dave Henderson put on their site: http://www.arrl.org/contests.abv.html
especially
for ARRL contests like SS. It would be nice to have some consistancy in this
area, since I see lots of posts regarding "what's the proper abbreviation?"
Maybe Wayne would like to comment?

I end up just using the abbreviations the Multiplier window shows, and have
never had a problem with the scoring program (that I know of).
