I have been through it with them about the way it does not display the Alt K
window correctly on many systems, including mine, and they admit to a defect
but no fix. I would not hold my breath for this one. Unfortunately it is not
only the best contest software out there but the only decent one for windows
so they have the ability to be arrogant about fixes. you paid for the right
to get the things that are released when they are released and nothing else.
That is a direct paraphrase of what I was handed.

I know I am going to get flamed here by many patronizing users but it does
not change the facts. I don't intend this as a flame, rather as a wailing of
how sad this is and how easily it could be fixed. I don't think this should
be a mutual admiration society! A reflector should lead to help. It DOES
lead to HELP IF and ONLY if the program can already do what is being
requested and the requestor is just no doing it correctly because he did not
read or did no understand the help. Any fixes or requests for enhancements
are basically ignored until and unless they decide in their own good time to
make a change, timeliness is a word that does not exist. Instead one gets
criticized for daring to point out defects. Defects are a fact of lie in
programs , all should recognize that. They should be criticized when not
recognized and corrected and the coder should be happy that they have been
found, not critcize and attack the integrity of the bearer of the bad news.
