[WriteLog] NetWorking and XP v10.28

Permissions won't be a problem if you set it up as a WORKGROUP network. It
works fine here between PRO and Home and WIN98. The CRITICAL thing is to
have identical user ids on every system and to be sure that you have no
firewall on the system that is blocking the local network address
(192.168.X.X.) and as noted that you can ping every which way. Then you are
set.
