[WriteLog] More on Writelog colors

Hi Steve,

Well, I know the 'ReverseBackgroundColor' is the background color when you
click on 'FSK Reverse' in the Rttyrite window. I don't know the
'SpecialBackgroundColor.' Anyone else?
