[WriteLog] Choppy CW Keying Problem

I'm pleased to report that this problem has been solved. Thanks to W4ATL 
and K2QMF for finding the error. It turns out that I had some typos in the 
line which I added under the [ports] section in the writelog.ini file (item 
# 7 in my original post). Apparently, WL did not complain about the errors. 
The line should have been:

	cw_on_pin1=1

After I made the change and restarted WL, I was rewarded with some very 
smooth cw !!!   For anyone interested in the details behind this fix, look 
up W5XD's post on Jan. 19th 2002.
