[WriteLog] steady carrier after cqing anomaly

The people who have experienced this strange long constant carrier after
numerous repetitive cq's, try this.
If it happens, do a manual save file.

Also, do frequent manual saves and see if that prevents that funny bug.

I THINK it's working for me as I haven't gotten any after I started doing
the manual saves.
