[WriteLog] Message repeats

Yes I had the Message Repeat happen too The trouble did not start until
Sunday. The computer was started on Friday. Stopping and restarting
the RTTY Window would clear the trouble for several hours, then it
would come back again.
Now That Computer is running Windows ME,P3, 1G and 640M and latest WriteLog.
The other computer is running Windows 98, P1, 64M and the latest WriteLog
and
it never missed a beat.
