[WriteLog] RTTY

I'm obviously doing something wrong.
Today I tried to set up Writelog and the W5XD keyer for RTTY
Been pretty successful using them for CW and SSB.
Now when using for RTTY my setup is
FT1000MP
Pentium II computer

Receive seems to be OK
But when Transmitting the power drops significantly
SWR is OK everything else seems to be OK.. Why would transmit power drop to
10%?
I have also had the "Can't Open Sound board" a few times .. forgot what that
was all about...
Any help now "before the contest?"
