[WriteLog] RSGB Jubilee Contest

Can anyone help to hack a module for this contest? Lots of WL 
users will be interested.

Rules are pretty simple. Brtitish Commonwealth works the world, 
World works the Commonwealth. 5 pts per QSO CW or phone ( 
separate sections available), multipliers Commonwealth call 
areas, UK counts as a single area,  but VE,VK,Zl, and ZS call 
areas count separately. I can supply a list of Commonwealth 
areas as above if required.


This contest takes place in June as a pilot, and if successful 
will become a permanent feature of the calendar, possibly with a 
slot in the autumn, at the discretion of the RSGB HF contests 
committee, to whom kudos for an innovative contest idea.
