All,

So using the same logic and my cheat sheet of Baudot Code, then what he 
sent was -

#-473

Number sign, hyphen, four, seven, three

I had thought that using the hyphen helped prevent an error from "unshift 
on space" settings. But I can see that the space could also give some 
redundancy of multiple "figures" codes. Have to think about that. Maybe use 
hyphen on your "quick report" message and spaces on your "repeat" message.
