[WriteLog] windows safe mode appearance

I think before we get to carried away here. Try the obvious, in the safe =
mode select shutdown and select restart. My bet is that it will come up =
just fine. I have seen this happen before, it usually occurs when the =
computer is accidentally shutoff during a boot up. The next time it is =
started up it comes up in safe mode.

If it was me, I would try this before I took the more drastic steps.
