[WriteLog] DX Packet Cluster TNC Problem

I'm not familiar with the PK-12, but with the PK-232 I have found the
battery backed up memory more trouble then convenient.  Pull the battery and
let the unit reset.
You should be able to initialize the box and use it with W/L.
