[WriteLog] Minnesota QSO Party

I would like to enter this contest on Feb. 02, but I can't seem to make
sense of the contest module exchange format for out of state (in this case,
CA).

The rules available at: http://www.radist.net/mnqsorules.htm

state:  " MN stations send name & 2 letter county designator. W/VE & DX send
name & state/province/country."

The layout of the entry window shows:

CALL  NR  CNTY  CTY2  CTY3  CTY4 with a mult for each.

Has anyone used WriteLog for this contest? If so, what did you enter in
these columns?
It's possible the rules have changed this year, I guess.
