[WriteLog] Which module for the XE RTTY contest?

The following module for the FMRE contest is the one that works for the XE 
contest.  It has all of the multipliers for all of the Mexico States plus 
everything you need, this of course was provided by Jorgen.  On the third 
party software his site is listed, and the download works great.  see you in 
the contest.
