[WriteLog] Clean a log

You cannot delete QSO's on networked computers running WL. Once you
have the module set up like you want it, save it before logging any test QSO's.
You can then log QSO's and see them over the network on the other PC's.
Once you see this, close WriteLog and elect not to save changes.
Then restart WriteLog and you will have a blank log again.
You must do this on all PC's on the network running WriteLog. But remember
you cannot save any changes made after logging any QSO's. If you need
to make a change after you've logged a QSO, close the program electing
not to save changes, restart WL, make changes then SAVE.
