[WriteLog] Telnet

Hi WL fellows,
any possible help? I need a Telnet connection and radio computer hasn't a 
modem, but it's linked to another PC which has a dial up modem.
 From radio PC I can even surf on the WEB but I miss something to have 
packet cluster over INTERNET running on that PC.
Till now useless selecting LOCAL NETWORK and TELNET from the WRITELOG 
PACKET TERMINAL.
What is the secret key, if any? OS is WinXP on both machine.
