[WriteLog] CT and WL merge

If the log is to be submitted in Cabrillo, you should be able to do it
with WT4I Cabrillo Tools www.cabrillotools.com.  I did this once helping
someone that used WF1B and MMTTY on separate stations.  I ended up
making ASCII files of both logs, merged both ASCII logs with cut and
paste, then used WT4I to convert the ASCII log into Cabrillo.

There may be another way that is easier.  I've heard that you can convert
an ADIF log to WL.  If this is true, convert the CT log to ADIF and then
convert to WL.  Then merge the two using WL's merge function.
