[WriteLog] RTTY issues with MMTTY and DXP-38

I installed MMTTY just to do it and play with it. I normally use a Hal
DXP-38. Well, now I can't use the Hal. When I bring the RTTY window up it
initializes MMTTY. Then I try and select the DXP 38 but get an error with
RTTYl~1.exe. Any ideas? I am using win2K and 10.33
